We design each engagement around your goals, timeline, and internal capacity. Our pricing follows three main models: strategy sessions, project-based packages, and ongoing partnership retainers.

Strategy Sessions

Targeted consultations billed at an hourly rate for focused issues, troubleshooting, or follow-up support.

Standard Rate: $250/hour (2-hour minimum)

Project-Based Packages

Flat-fee engagements for clearly defined outcomes—such as accreditation, strategic plans, or system design.
